about the play
The play takes place at a time when all knights were hunting relentlessly for dragons.
Back then, dragonteeth were a very popular form of jewelry and dragon meat was a delicacy and highly demanded.
All the knights? - No! the peaceloving, shortsighted knight Ottokar van Zipp and his friend the witty troubadour Archibald of Exeter are trying to stop the dragons from dying out. But how???
commentaries of the press
“… this journey into the past is anything but a dull lecture on history. The entertaining play is in a way a program for the protection of species.”
